  • About the Role

    As a VFX Assistant, you’ll work alongside senior Flame artists, managing media, prepping shots, and working in Flame and After Effects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow into an Online/Flame Artist role within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist Flame artists with conform, prep, and finishing tasks

    • Manage media ingest, organization, versioning, and deliveries

    • Prepare timelines, plates, mattes, and assets for Flame sessions

    • Perform paint, clean-up, tracking, and compositing fixes in Flame

    • Maintain project organization and ensure quality control on outputs

    • Collaborate with producers, editors, and artists to keep projects on schedule

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and support pipeline workflows

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in post-production, VFX, or finishing

    • Working knowledge of Autodesk Flame and Adobe Suite, including After Effects and Photoshop

    • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

    • A motivated team player passionate about learning and growing into an Online Artist
